I had lunchroom duty, and took the 6th graders up to the gym for recess. I thought, “Hmmmm, my 4th graders would LOVE to have a little recess time in the gym. I sure hope they were good for Miss Amato in Spanish!” Well, when I walked into Miss Amato’s classroom to get my class, she greeted me with a BIG smile, saying the class had been AWESOME! (Not “OK”, not “good”, but “AWESOME”!) That was a WIN-WIN situation, I explained to my class. Everyone was happy! Thank you for making me proud, once again!
